About Us

MineSeal is a women-owned emerging small business.

MineSeal
, LLC (MineSeal) is a limited liability corporation of professionals with diverse backgrounds from the engineering, construction, mining, geological and environmental professions. MineSeal manufactures, distributes and installs PUF-Seal®, a polyurethane foam (PUF) sealant used to permanently close hazardous mine shafts, adits, abandoned wells and other constructed earth openings. MineSeal has offices in Arizona, Nevada and Idaho and a packaging facility and warehouse in southern Nevada.

MineSeal principals have extensive experience working for governmental land management agencies (BLM & Forest Service). Because of this unique combination of experience, MineSeal can assure that all Federal, State and local laws, rules and regulations (including, but not limited to ESA, NEPA, the Antiquities Act, etc.) are complied with during closure of existing and abandoned mining operations.

MineSeal’s expertise and experience can solve unusual cavity closure problems related to mining and construction operations. Our diverse background allows us to assist consultants, mining companies, construction companies and land developers. We can assist those individuals who must meet both State and Federal regulatory and environmental conditions required by the mine closure process.

MineSeal's pool of independent consultant professionals include State-licensed geologists, Registered Professional Engineers, mining engineers, environmental scientists, specialized bat-biologists and State-licensed archaeologists. Some have international experience and are bilingual.  All MineSeal field-going personnel working with PUF-Seal® have completed or are taking the 40-hour HazMat training as required by OSHA. All MineSeal field crews have at least one person trained or certified in CPR and First Aid.
